Please use the form below to request a copy of the Annual Checklist CD-ROM. Please note that the Annual Checklist is also available online at www.catalogueoflife.org/annual-checklist and also a CD-ROM disk image download.

It is our policy to supply a free copy of the Annual Checklist to those who request it. We will also supply up to 20 extra copies to those willing to distribute copies to a group or network of institutions in developing countries. If you are requesting more than one copy please provide an explanation in the 'further details' field.

n.b. The Annual Checklist CD-ROM requires either Windows 2000, XP or Vista. The current version does not run on Max OSX or Linux operating systems.
